Understanding Your Order Merging Dashboard

Updated today

The Orders Merged dashboard is your central hub for tracking the real-world impact of the app on your store’s bottom line. From here, you can monitor your total savings, track fulfillment efficiency, and review every merge that has taken place—whether it was handled automatically or manually.

It provides a transparent look at how much money you’ve kept in your pocket by reducing redundant shipping labels.

To navigate and understand your dashboard, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to your Shopify admin and click on the "Apps" option on the sidebar menu.

2. Select and click the “Order Merging” app.

3. On the next page, you will see the Order merging app dashboard

4. At the top right of the Overview section, you can use the Date Filter (e.g., "Last 30 days") to view data for a specific time period.

5. Review your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Overview bar:

  • Total orders merged: The total number of individual orders combined.

  • Shipping Cost Saved: The estimated total dollar amount saved by not shipping multiple packages.

  • Average Merge time: How quickly orders are being caught and combined.

  • Plan details: A status bar showing your current merge usage relative to your plan limits (e.g., 0/50).

6. Beneath the overview, you will find the Recent Order Merges section. This area lists individual merge events.

7. If you want to adjust your automation settings based on the data you see here, click the "Manage Merge Conditions" button at the top right of the dashboard.

8. To see a full historical list beyond the recent activity, click the "View All Merges" button.

9. If you need to check your subscription or increase your merge limits, click the "Usage & Billing" button.
