NoSpy blocks future access from spy tools as soon as it is active, but spy tools like PPSpy may have already cached your store data before you installed NoSpy. This cached data can remain visible for 48–72 hours even after NoSpy is fully working.
To confirm NoSpy is properly active:
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App Embeds
Make sure the NoSpy - Protect Data toggle is enabled and saved
If your store data is still showing after 72 hours, please contact us with your store URL and we will investigate to ensure blocking is fully applied.
