Confirm Auto-Block Spam Bots is enabled — Go to Settings → Spy, Spam, and Sales Protection and verify the toggle is active.
Check your risk threshold — If set too high, borderline visitors may still pass through. Lower the threshold to catch more suspicious traffic.
Upgrade to the Advanced plan — Region-level and IP-level blocking, which are the most effective tools against bot farms, are only available on paid plans.
Enable country or IP blocking — If your fake accounts are coming from specific regions, set up a redirect or block rule for those locations.
