Why is a visitor with a risk score of 100 still allowed into my store?

Why a visitor with maximum risk score may still be allowed through and how to fix it

Updated today

A risk score of 100 indicates the highest level of suspicion, but it does not automatically trigger a block unless your risk threshold is configured to match.

To ensure high-risk visitors are blocked or redirected:

  1. Go to NoSpy β†’ Settings

  2. Find the Risk Threshold setting

  3. Lower the value so that visitors at or above 100 are automatically actioned

  4. Save your changes

You can also manually block specific IPs from the Visitor Analytics page if you see a persistent high-risk visitor you want to action immediately.
