How do I restore my plan after reinstalling NoSpy?

How to recover a paid plan after uninstalling and reinstalling NoSpy

Your plan is linked to your Shopify store, not the app installation, so it should carry over automatically when you reinstall.

After reinstalling:

  1. Open the NoSpy app from your Shopify admin

  2. Go to the Pricing page inside the app

  3. Your previous plan should appear as active

If it is showing as the free plan instead, contact us with your store URL and we will manually restore your subscription. This is usually resolved within a few hours.
