IIf you're using Manual Offers for post-purchase upsells, now you can add Thank You page upsells to the same funnel. Maximize the revenue you generate from each order by combining two stages of upsells to the original purchase.
You can edit an existing manual offer with post-purchase upsells or create a new one.
You will see the new section called " Show a Thank-You page offer" underneath the post-purchase offers.
Remember, all the upsells from your manual offers will have higher priority over the automatic upsells. This means that automatic upsells will always skip the products you've selected in your manual offers and focus on the rest of your catalog.
Create a clear message
Give customers a reason to buy your Thank You page upsells with a personal message and a clear promotion.
This is where you can promote a special deal & discount, or encourage more sales using the scarcity principle and create a sense of urgency.
Popular phrases to encourage more sales include:
"Stock running out"
"Limited time deal"
"Frequently bought together"
Select relevant products
To have the biggest chances at persuading customers to buy more products on your Thank You page, you need to make sure the items you're upselling are relevant to the original order.
In case you also have post-purchase upsells in the same funnel, you need to have them in mind when selecting the products to display on your Thank You page.
This means you need to select products that complement the original order and the post-purchase upsells your customers might have added before reaching the Thank You page.
